You can't outperform Unfunctional Systems
I’m using a phrase here which is used in the weight loss industry, saying:
“You can’t outperform a bad diet“
And the same is true for your systems: You can’t outperform unfunctional systems.
If you are spending too much time because the system is dragging you down, is lagging you down, you can’t outperform that.
And the time wastage, it’s not just about the time wastage.
One of my clients, Ryan McCarthy from Stryker, rightly put it.
He says it’s also about the opportunity cost.
What would you be able to do?
And the time you could save if your systems would be functional?
